I wanted to take a moment to blog a little bit about a property in Avon, CT that I’m very excited about. What’s all the hoopla about? Well, a few days ago Remax listed 50 Chidsey Road Avon, CT 06001 for sale on Connecticut’s MLS.
When I saw 1.41 acres, 3bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1560 square feet for the low price of $120,000 I had to see it for myself! As I was driving to the property on Sunday afternoon, I was thinking about how close this property is to Route 44 and Route 4, making it very easy 犀利士 to get to Interstate 84 if I was a commuting into Hartford for work. I also thought about the fact that this home is located in the very desirable Avon, CT school system just up the road from Avon Old Farms (A.O.F.).
Travelling on Route 10, I turned onto Chidsey road. This very serene, quiet and peaceful road took me by surprise! It was like Johnboy from the Walton’s was going to pop out and take me on a horse drawn wagon ride!
I loved the house and loved the 1.41 acres even more! The land was open, sunny and private. I thought, “Maybe I should buy the place, rehab it and live here myself.” I was so excited that I decided to shoot a brief walk-through video of the property.
